Which type of incotinence responds best to Confidence?
Confidence is designed to help women with stress incontinence. Stress incontinence is when you run, jump, cough, sneeze or laugh you leak urine.
Urge incontinence is where you feel like you have very short notice before you have to urinate. Urge incontinence requires a different approach but can definitely be improved. What is an eBook?
An eBook is an electronic version of a book which you can download to your computer and receive immediately. You can then open and read your eBook using reading sofware available on all computers, iPods, iPhones, Androids or notepades. Confidence is 14 pages (8.5"X11") - making it a concise, easy to follow program.
What software do I need to open and read my eBook?
All of our eBooks are produced and delivered in Adobe PDF format. You will need PDF Reader software installed on your computer in order to open and read your eBook (most computers already contain a PDF reader). If you do not have PDF reader software on your computer you can download and install a free copy by clicking here.
How do I order an eBook?
It is very easy to order an eBook. Just click on the button to purchase the eBook. After completing the checkout process your browser will direct you to the download link. Simply click on the link that says Confidence. Your book will open at that time. Please save this book / file somewhere that you will remember it.
You will also receive an email with a link that you can download your eBook from. Be sure to indicate and remember the location that you saved your file so that you can find it easily when you wish to read it again.
What do I do if I lose my eBook?
Simply Contact Us and we will send you your eBook.
Can I print out my eBooks?
Yes. Most eBook publishers do not allow you to print an eBook because of copyright restrictions. We know that it is sometimes easier and necessary to print out and read a hard copy of these books rather that be restricted to reading them on screen. For that reason we allow printing of all of our eBooks.
Am I allowed to make a copy of the eBook or email a copy to a friend?
No. All of our eBooks are copyrighted. It is against the law to make and distribute copies. The eBook is licensed only to you. Only you have the right to read it. You may make backup copies for your own use, but you may not share them with others. We price our books very reasonably and we do not encrpyt our books, which would place restrictions on their use, make them much harder for you to use. We believe our customers are honorable people and trust them not to steal from us and our authors.
Can I purchase a printed copy?
Yes! Printed copies are available for $12.95 and will be mailed USPS. The printed version contains exactly the same material as the eBook version and will usually be received in 3-7 business days. To order the print version click here.
